These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sopiq.com (the "Site"), operated by SOPIQ, LLC ("SOPIQ," "we," "us"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Site purpose
The Site provides information about SOPIQ’s services and products across four focus areas of AI transformation (People Efficiency, Process Efficiency, AI Software & Custom AI Development, Sustainability & Operational Efficiency), and enables inquiries via the discovery form and referral partner application.
2. Services and products described
Information about SOPIQ services, products, and specialty practices is for general information only and does not constitute an offer, warranty, guarantee, or contractual commitment. All engagements are governed by separately signed agreements. Product specifications, service scope, pricing, and availability may change; ask us for current details before making decisions.
3. Referral partner program
The referral partner program is offered subject to a separate Referral Partner Agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes acceptance of a partner application or creation of a partner relationship; acceptance is confirmed only by SOPIQ in writing following review of an application.
4. Third-party materials
The Site links to specialty practices at mybothub.ai and sopiqpower.com and may reference third-party products, services, or standards. Those third parties are responsible for their own materials and offerings; SOPIQ does not endorse or guarantee third-party content or claims.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, structure, and design are owned by SOPIQ or licensed to SOPIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of clearly marked downloadable materials (such as the Referral Partner Agreement PDF).
