SOPIQ is committed to making sopiq.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML for structure and screen reader compatibility
• Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
• Keyboard navigation for interactive components including the discovery form and referral partner application
• Skip-to-content link for keyboard users
• Descriptive link text and page titles
• Reduced-motion support that respects operating system preferences
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error handling

What is a work in progress

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. If you encounter an accessibility issue, we want to know so we can fix it.

Reporting issues

Use our discovery form to report an accessibility issue. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
